Safety & Training
Frattalone Companies is more than an employer. We are family owned
group of companies which is highly committed to safety. Our
people are our number one asset. We realize that without a healthy
work force, the best equipment in the world will not get the work
done. Therefore, we continually develop and maintain a comprehensive
safety plan focusing on providing a safe work environment and
encouraging safe behaviors to ensure production can continue as
anticipated.
The key components of our safety plan include:

We are actively involved with many safety organizations and
committees in our area. Frattalone Companies is extremely proud to be
one of the first Minnesota contractors accepted into the Construction
Health and Safety Excellence (C.H.A.S.E.) partnership with Minnesota
OSHA and the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota.
Training is one of Frattalone’s fortes. Annually, we train approximately
90 employees in a MSHA annual refresher; all Superintendents have
obtained an OSHA 30 hour card, all employees are required to have an
OSHA 10 hour card; approximately 80% of our employees are HAZWOPER
certified, and all of our Superintendents are Erosion and Sediment
Control Site Management Certified.
