The Frattalone Scoop
1. Safety & Training Corner - 2008 Safety Review
Great job Team Frattalone! Calendar year 2008 was the best we have experienced since becoming self-insured with our captive! The “Recordable Injury Rate (RIR) History” graph below shows where we are at in relation to the industry average. Our expectation for 2009 is to continue the downward trend of our Recordable Injuries and remain leaders of the industry average. Focusing on safe behaviors and removing unsafe conditions will help us succeed in out journey.

Have a safe and productive construction season.
Josh Bernhard, Safety Director
